First, do a cycle, then two (after two to three weeks) and, in the end, perform three cycles.After doing the exercise, close your eyes for a few seconds.Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Exercise number 4

On the inspiration, look at the upper right corner (about 45 ° from the vertical) and, without linger, turn your eyes to its original position.During the next inhalation, look at the lower left corner and put your eyes back to the starting position at the exit.

First, do a cycle, then two (after two to three weeks) and, in the end, perform three cycles.After doing the exercise, close your eyes for a few seconds.
